Delivery/ Shipping Period:
Delivery time will depend on product availability and shipping time. The following shipping options are available and refer to shipping time of all "in stock" items. All orders will be shipped after processing of the order (usually within 1-2 business days)

DELIVERY/ SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Echeck (Electronic Funds Transfer) will be cleared in 5 / 7 business days. We will deliver only after the Echeck is cleared by Paypal.

International orders will be shipped by UPS. You will receive email notification with a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Shipments can be tracked via the UPS website: www.ups.com

WARRANTY:
This unit comes with 1 year manufacturer warranty against defects. If there is a defect, we will replace or repair it, and then ship it back to you. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost.

Without a return authorization your return request will not be honored. We will process it within 7 business days of receipt. All electrical products we carry may not be compatible with the electrical system in your country, even when a converter is used. Damage may occur, and for this reason, these items are not returnable.

Customs Information:
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. We do not collect duties and taxes. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and can not predict what they may be.
